Hello you lucky people

May 23rd, 2005

…more Bea, right now! We have another show added for 2006! To learn more about the April show in Ohio, visit the tour information page. Also, another reminder that Bea will be on TV again soon! For people with HBO and/or are fans of the show Curb Your Enthusiasm, Bea will be guest starring on a episode where she will be in a dream sequence as the character of Larry’s mother. Be sure to watch listings for this show to air sometime in the near future! Finally, the best news of all… Bea’s one woman show will be on DVD, confirmed by Bea herself! I’m confused if the show has already been taped or not, for it is from the North Hollywood’s El Portal Center for the Performing Arts, which she did a performance at last year in August. So, I am guessing it is from that performance, or perhaps there will be yet another showing there were the DVD footage will be recorded. Nevertheless, it is coming! You bet that you’ll find out all the information about this release, as soon as, we learn more. So stay tuned, as no dates have been set as of yet! That’s all for now! I hope you are enjoying the second season of the Golden Girls that was released last week! If not, click on the box to the right to place your order today!

Happy 82nd Birthday Bea! and happy Friday the 13th to all the rest of you :)

Bea Multiplied

May 5th, 2005

More multiple Bea news to speak of, so here we go :: First, Bea was a great success as the diva of ceremonies for the Gay and Lesbian Film Festival in Miami which ran from April 22 – May 1 of this year. Though I am happy with my experiences with Bea, I really would have loved to been to this event, for I also love the gay film festivals. Second, Bea and Billy have booked two shows in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on February 24 and 25, 2006! Finally, on June 1 on TV Land, a programmed called ‘Tickled Pink” will be airing a show celebrating television personalities and characters that gay viewers have either gravitated towards or closely identified with. Bea’s depiction of both Maude and Dorothy will be covered, so be sure to check it out! One more thing! Jason Keller whote a article titled ‘The Bea all end all‘. A great reading with a synopsis of Bea’s career and accomplishments! That’s all for now! Have a great Mother’s Day weekend! Don’t for get Bea turns 82 on the 13th of this month!!
