    Hi Chef Kev!

    Wow! U took me thru the whole process- It’s so fun watching u cook- totally cracks me up with your little nuances and comments here and there! U can ‘de-thicken’ the curry by adding water I suppose but it might make it taste less concentrated. U can add cornstarch if u want it to thicken more, and add sugar or salt to taste before serving it depending on how sweet/salty u want it to be.
    So impressed! Can’t wait to try it 4 real ;) !!
