It’s rare these days to find people of talent as most sit on their arses at the computer all day. So, being that is me, today I introduce Danny the professional hopscotcher and levitator. You. Will. Be. Amazed. Music by IamTheadore.com (which is also Danny).
Special visitor one day while I was working from my lonely home office. I sit in the chair to the right. A special moment without sound, only eyes and jestures. Or was it just two people doing their jobs? Submited as part of the interesting Lumiere project at http://videoblogging.info/lumiere/
Finally got to experience the misty falls for a full day, while I was in New York state. Couldn’t have visited it on a more beautiful day! Here is a nice little recap to wet your senses!
It got horrible reviews online, but after seeing the other cheap alternative to stay in Buffalo, the Hotel Lenox was paradise in comparison. We ended up liking it quite a bit, as you could feel it’s history and uniqueness unlike the cookie cutter hotels like Holiday Inn for example. That being said, one day we did run into a maze of priorities.. air conditioning or plumbing!
I’ve attended the Chicago Pride Parades for the past 8 years now, so it was nice to see another towns to compare to; this time it was Buffalo’s. Much smaller then Chicago’s, but the energy level was the same. The message was the same. The pride was the same. So, at the end of the day, it was just as good. People people people = smiling smiling smiling!
Our first 48 hours in Buffalo and Wonder Winston is nonstop action! The story is Winston is moving to Buffalo to complete his residency for the next 3 years. Very sad situation as it keeps us apart, but we will deal with that on our own. Meanwhile, the time has come and he has two weeks to move and settle in into the new city. I came with to help him feel settled for a few weeks. So far, he has made some great progress!
I made this video originally for my friend overseas, however I then decided to share it with the world at my own risk. It’s important for you to know that I don’t cook. So, to move from the normal Chef Boyardee Ravioli in a can to Coconut Curry is quite risky and ridiculous for me! Hopefully, you enjoy my adventures in cooking. Video is a little longer then I shot for, but every second of it will better you as a person. Let me know if you have ever made Coconut Curry and if it turned out for you! If so, you can make it for me from now on!
I’m excited to finally get to share with you one of the moments in my life. Yes, I went to Hawaii in 2001 and that in itself was amazing. But, the real ‘best moment’ was surprising my dad who had no clue that I followed him to his dream vacation spot. In the second part of this video, I show a clip of body boarders doing it up on Waikiki beach from the DVD that I created to remember the vacation of a lifetime. Something nice to watch being that winter is basically here.
Had fun this weekend participating in a technological experiment that took place in Chicago. Some peeps from Europe came to Chicago to show us there toys at the Museum of Contemporary Arts. Equipped with GPS units, PDAs and walkie talkies, 6 runners combed a part of Chicago, finding virtual people, who were playing online from their computers around the world. I didn’t get a chance to go downtown to see them in person, but still had fun letting them catch me… virtually. Check out this video blog explaining how it worked and also visit their web site for more info and the pictures they took! www.canyouseemenow.co.uk/chicago
After 8 months, Project ALMA, a benefit for the Association of Latino Men for Action (ALMA), finally took place with great success. The models were hot and Nick Verreos from Bravo’s Project Runway, Season 2, was a doll. A fun night, that I would like to share parts of with you!
